Women's Bikini /女子比堅尼

Womens Bikini

Front Post: Athletes should pay attention to their shoulders, abdomen and hips.  Back Post: Athletes should pay attention to their hips and hind legs. 
* It is not a must to show back muscles. 

Clothing: Two pieces of Twinkle Bikini and Twinkle Heels, with unlimited colors.  * Don’t wear swimsuits or underwear. 

Lower body: Flash high heels   Accessories:
-A small amount of amphibole jewelry.
-Don’t any wear watches or glasses.
-Number plates must be fixed on the left and right sides of racing pants. 

Every athlete has 30 seconds for free positioning.

Men's Physique/男子健體

男運動員在該項目應顯示肌肉的對程度、動作流暢,突顯健體先生整體形象,不可使用其他項目的健美動作,如古典或傳統健美項目動作

服裝:健美賽事沙灘褲,不要穿着普通花紋沙灘褲/鬆身沙灘褲,不要穿着球類運動褲.  下半身:不用穿鞋  

飾物: 
不要佩戴手錶或眼鏡等
號碼牌須固定於賽褲左右側

Men’s Physique:  Turn direction: Front Post Back post  

In order to highlight overall image, the male athletes should demonstrate the degree of muscle alignment and fluid movements in this competition. Any classical pose or traditional bodybuilding pose is not allowed.  Despite the physical type, there are also items for athletes to gain additional points: movement fluidity, skin tone, clothing, and smile.  

Clothing: Athletes are supposed to wear beach pants for bodybuilding events, and avoid wearing plain patterned beach pants/baggy beach pants, and wearing ball sports pants. 
Lower body: No shoes 

Accessories:
-Don’t wear any watches or exaggerated Accessories.
-Number plates must be fixed on the left and right sides of the racing pants.

古典健體/Classic-physique

男子模特健體/Men's Model Physique

項目主要評分在頭肩比例、腹部細節度、整體比例度跟細節度而給予評分,除了兩大轉向,運動員需另加Favorites posing/模特最喜愛動作,比賽時亦可加入健體及型格項目動作來突顯肌肉線條以爭取出線及名次.  

服裝:  男運動員需要穿着(淨色)運動短褲,長度要在膝頭以上,不可穿着健體沙灘褲及有花紋短褲,短褲牌子跟顏色不限。  
下半身:不用穿鞋  

 飾物: 
不需要拿取任何運動配件
 –不要佩戴手錶、誇張飾物或眼鏡等
號碼牌須固定於賽褲左右側

Mens Model Physique:

The head to shoulder ratio, abdominal detail, overall proportionate band, and detail are the major criteria for scoring. Athletes must include favored positioning/model optional movements in addition to the two major turns. In order to promote their line attractiveness and work toward qualification, they might also include fitness and style competitions during the competition. 

Clothing:  Athletes need to wear (clear color) sports shorts, the length of which should be above the knees, but not fitness beach pants and patterned shorts. The brand and color of shorts are not limted.

Accessories:
-Don’t wear any watches or exaggerated Accessories.
-Number plates must be fixed on the left and right sides of the racing pants.

 型格健體的動作相似健體及古典項目動作,項目主要評分在頭肩比例、肩腰比例、股四頭分離度,及其他肌肉群組比例度而給予評分,運動員除了兩大轉向外還需加設Aesthetic Posing/自選型格動作,參賽者必須加緊練習從而爭取名次

 服裝:粗邊三角褲,顏色不限,不要穿着內褲,不要穿着古典黑色平腳褲.  
下半身:不用穿鞋.  

飾物: 
不要佩戴手錶、誇張飾物或眼鏡等.
號碼牌須固定於賽褲左右側

Aesthetic Fitness:

Choose the Aesthetic Posing 

This event once was prominent in Korean bodybuilding competitions, and has recently become popular in Hong Kong. Similar to fitness and classical motions, the head-to-shoulder ratio, shoulder-to-waist ratio, degree of separation between the four legs, and proportional band of various muscle groups are the primary metrics of aesthetical fitness. Athletes must include aesthetic posing and movements from a self-selected style in addition to the two major turns. Through fitness and traditional activities, athletes should emphasize the proportion and shape of their muscles and aim toward

Clothing:  Athletes must wear two-piece Bra Top/ sweatpants or suits in any color.  
Lower body: White wave shoes are required.

-Don’t wear any watches or exaggerated Accessories.
-Number plates must be fixed on the left and right sides of the racing pants.
